The 8203 RWSS special is a mix of classic updated materials. To act on our “low waste” and sustainability ambitions the 8203 was built with materials left over in the tannery and factory. The Loden Abilene leather and the TC1 white outsoles were both used in different products in the past. The design team put these 2 materials together, sourced the matching hardware to build this beautiful limited Moc Toe.

The classic moc

The Classic Moc was first made by Red Wing in 1952. In the decades since, it's grown into one of the most beloved lifestyle boots in the world. Initially made for sportspeople, the boot quickly grew into a favorite of farm and factory workers for its long-lasting construction, steady traction and all-day comfort. The Classic Moc's features live on today, as the boot is built with the same pride and process now as it was then. Moc toe construction and the iconic Traction Tred rubber outsoles lead the way. Puritan triple-stitching and the Goodyear welt make this boot a legend in durability.

FIT INFORMATION

A new pair of Red Wing Heritage footwear should fit comfortably tight on the foot, with enough room to freely wiggle toes. We recommend trying on footwear in store to ensure proper fit.
